  • "Thank you, Sarah, for all of your help with my tail bone injury. You were thoughtful and compassionate in how you approached treatment and your knowledge in the pelvic floor was amazing. You taught me so many exercises that improved my flexibility and strength, and I have been able to continue to do them at home on my own. Thank you for helping me to manage my pain and improve my long term comfort."

  • "Sarah was amazing to work with for my tail bone injury. She was confident in her knowledge of the pelvic floor but also of the muscles that extend beyond into the back and legs. She explained the anatomy in layman's terms and helped me improve my muscle strength and flexibility from my knees to my middle back. The exercises she taught me I can replicate at home and can continue to do them as needed even after finishing my treatment with her. Also Sarah was compassionate and thoughtful in working with such an intimate body part as the pelvic floor. I always felt safe and cared for during our time together. Thanks to Sarah, I feel more educated about how to take care of my body for the long term, and I have the tools and knowledge to do so. Thank you, Sarah."
